This was a fun Halloween. The girls (mostly Addie) loved trunk or treating, dressing up, and carving pumpkins! Do you want to know the real bummer though?! I DIDN'T GET A SINGLE PICTURE OF THEM IN THEIR COSTUMES!!!! AH! And honestly Kiera just dressed up as Minnie Mouse, but she was a stinking cute Minnie Mouse (Addie's costume 2 yrs ago). BUT seriously Addie's costume needed to be documented. She chose to be Merida this year and that costume was a labor of love. I even made a yarn wig for her. Oh well. The pumpkin is cute?! Right?! I let the girls (AKA Addie) pick a simple Halloween character and designed a simple cut out for our pumpkin. Ta Da! I love our little Packard Ghost buddy. He's made even more adorable with my two little pumpkin pies as his companions.

She sure was a proud pumpkin carving helper. Sure she only traced the pattern and scooped the guts...but that's a big thing for a just 4 year old! I loved her face when she touched the slimy innards of the pumpkin, she was both appalled and fascinated at the same time.
